The delegate registration fee is 3,100 LKR. This grants full delegate access to round trip transportation, breakfast, leadership sessions, OBT activities, catered lunch and evening refreshments.

What are the payment options for delegate registration?

Accepted Answer

We offer two flexible payment options:
• Option 1: Full Payment — Pay the full 3,100 LKR upfront in one transaction.
• Option 2: Installment Plan — Pay in two installments of 1,500 LKR and 1,600 LKR. Upload your 1st installment slip (1,500 LKR) during registration to confirm your seat, and upload the 2nd installment slip (1,600 LKR) later via the Status portal before the closing deadline.

Delegate registrations officially close on 17th of September 2026 at 11:59 PM. We recommend securing your seat early.

Who is eligible to attend LDS 2026?

LDS 2026 is officially open to everyone! Whether you are an AIESEC member (active or alumnus) or a non-AIESECer (university student from any faculty, higher-education institution, or youth leader), you are warmly invited to register and experience the conference.

Can non-AIESECers and external students register for the seminar?

Accepted Answer

Yes! This year's seminar is completely open to everyone. External delegates enjoy full access to all keynote sessions, leadership workshops, outbound training (OBT) activities, round-trip transport, breakfast, catered lunch, and evening refreshments. Simply select 'Non-AIESECer / External' on the registration form.

Absolutely! We warmly welcome all alumni of AIESEC in Colombo North (UoK & IIT) to join the conference, reconnect with the entity, and celebrate the elemental leadership spirit. Simply select 'AIESECer' and 'Alumni' when registering.

What is AIESEC in CN and which entity (UoK or IIT) should I select?

AIESEC in Colombo North (CN) is a unified local entity formed by combining University of Kelaniya (UoK) and Informatics Institute of Technology (IIT). When registering, delegates affiliated with University of Kelaniya should select 'UoK', delegates affiliated with Informatics Institute of Technology should select 'IIT', and delegates from other universities or organizations should select 'Other'.

What are the transportation arrangements to Wasana Nature Resort, Kandana?

Accepted Answer

The conference takes place at Wasana Nature Resort, Kandana. Dedicated transport pick-up shuttles will be coordinated from university collection points (including University of Kelaniya). Route plans and timing will be shared in the delegates' WhatsApp group.

All registration fee payments are strictly non-refundable once submitted, as event logistics, merchandise, and venue reservations are committed immediately upon booking.
