Leadership Development Seminar (LDS) 2026 is the largest conference conducted by AIESEC in University of Kelaniya. The conference focuses on building leadership, soft skills, and motivation through leadership development spaces and engagement activities. This year’s LDS is organized for the 11th consecutive time marking a service of 20+ years.
